Zambia terms.

This addendum captures the country-specific regulator, licensing, and data-protection references that apply to use of the Vantage platform in Zambia. It does not replace the master Terms; in case of conflict, this addendum prevails for Zambia processing only.

Country-specific terms
- E-money issuance for cards and wallets is carried by a BoZ-licensed e-money issuer; Vantage provides the orchestration layer above that licence.
- Personal data breaches are notified to the Data Protection Commissioner under the timelines set by the Data Protection Act 3/2021.
- Farmer Input Support Programme (FISP) e-voucher integrations follow the public schema published by the Ministry of Agriculture.
- The National Payment System Bill 2025 (NAB 32 of 2025) is monitored for transition rules β addendum is refreshed when the Act is gazetted.
