Botswana terms.
Effective 2026-05-01. Read alongside the master Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement.
This addendum captures the country-specific regulator, licensing, and data-protection references that apply to use of the Vantage platform in Botswana. It does not replace the master Terms; in case of conflict, this addendum prevails for Botswana processing only.

Country-specific terms
- Vantage registers as a data controller with the Information & Data Protection Commission for staff data; partners register as controllers for the farmer relationship.
- EPS-licensed partner banks operate the wallet-style functionality under the February 2022 BoB EPS Guidelines v1.0.
- Insurance distribution (where enabled) operates under NBFIRA's combined prudential and conduct supervision.
- ISPAAD subsidy payouts are reconciled against the Ministry of Agriculture beneficiary roster — the platform's ledger export matches the published reconciliation schema.
