Nigeria terms.
Effective 2026-05-01. Read alongside the master Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement.
This addendum captures the country-specific regulator, licensing, and data-protection references that apply to use of the Vantage platform in Nigeria. It does not replace the master Terms; in case of conflict, this addendum prevails for Nigeria processing only.

Country-specific terms
- Vantage registers with the NDPC as a Data Processor of Major Importance (DPMI) and supports partners with DCMI/DPMI registration where required.
- Card programmes are routed through a CBN-licensed PSSP / PTSP partner under the cards interoperability rules.
- NTA 2025 (Nigeria Tax Act) withholding-and-collection rules on non-resident digital suppliers apply from 1 January 2026 โ invoicing reflects this where applicable.
- Nigeria exited the FATF grey list at the October 2025 plenary; standard customer due diligence applies.
